Most of the people do not know the proper eating strategy. They mostly think whatever we eat goes to our intestine and gets digested. So, they do not give much importance to the eating method. But, there is a strategy which was followed by our ancestors which is to give way to a healthy lifestyle. Let’s look at it.

We consume food to develop our body, to extract the nutrients from the food we eat. We have to eat food to achieve those things. The right eating strategy is the method which is traditionally followed by our ancestors. If we follow that, we surely get a healthy lifestyle.

          We should eat food in a disciple manner. Some people eat food whenever they think and whenever they get food. Eating whenever we want is not a good habit.



          Every day at a particular time we have to take food is a good method for a healthy lifestyle. This time interval should help in digesting the food we eat. The human body is accepting this eating time. This is the best discipline method of eating and a healthy habit too.

          Most of the people do not think about how much food we should eat and how many times we eat food. We eat food to live, not to eat. So, eating on a full stomach, eating whenever we are hungry is not a good habit.
