PROCESSING

This is also called uncooked food processing. In this method, fire is not used for the cooking process. The sun prepares food for us through nature. Natural foods contain a lot of nutrients. They are very healthy and do not have any toxic items.

 


Uncooked food can be classified into 3 types

1. Foods that are obtained from nature

2. Drying the food

3. Sprouted food items

1. FOODS THAT ARE OBTAINED FROM NATURE

         We can eat fruits and vegetables without cooking or in their raw form. For this type of food, nature will prepare it with proper sunlight, air, and the outer temperature. There is no better choice than natural foods like fresh fruits and vegetables.

         These are ready-to-eat and easy to digest. From children to old age, people can eat fruits without limits. There are no side effects. If you take raw natural food once per day, then you live healthily. You do not go to the doctor and take medicine. Nature will protect you if you eat natural foods.

 


2. DRYING THE FOOD

        We can eat some fruits, dry in the sunlight with sufficient air. For example, Grapes. Grapes are dried in the sunlight, and they become more nutrient-rich. The drying process is the best way to preserve food. It can keep for a long period without spoilage.


        Green vegetables are dried; then, we can fry them in oil and eat them. This is not good for your health. People are mostly eating these fried items for taste only, not for health. So, we can avoid these fried items.

Some of them are

Almond  - Apricot - Betel nuts - Brazil nuts

Cashew nut - Chestnut - Chia seeds - Dates

Dry Cherries - Dry Mango - Dry Orange - Dry plums

Fig - Flax seeds - Hazelnuts - Peanuts 

Pistachios - Pumpkin seeds - Raisins - Sesame seeds - Soy seeds

3. SPROUTED FOOD ITEMS

         All types of seeds can be sprouted. All seeds have unique benefits for our health. Sprouting is an ancient technique of changing normal seeds, grains and legumes into healthy ones. If you add sprouted food to your daily diet you will be rich in health and look glowing.



         The benefits of sprouted food items are as follows:

Low Calories – helps in weight loss.

A large amount of fiber content – helps in the digestion process.

Protein-rich – Helps in fat loss

Controls Cholesterol – Sprouts helps to maintain body weight

Removing toxins from the body – Sprouts helps to cleanse the body and improve the immune system

Vitamin A rich – Improves eyesight and vision

Reduces hair fall – Improves hair growth and health

Anti-aging element – It gives good skin. It reduces wrinkles and pigmentation

Vitamin rich – No vitamin supplements needed
