AND OUR SOUND HEALTH
Most of the
people do not think about how much food we should eat and how many times we eat
food. We eat food to live, not to eat. So, eating on a full stomach, eating
whenever we are hungry is not a good habit.
Most of the people eat unconditionally and eat for only taste.
So they suffer from many issues. Eat a balanced diet is a science. We can
decide the quantity of food to be taken; a human should know about his/her
health condition, what type of food is needed for them. The quantity and need
for food may vary from human to human. So we can’t set a common formula for
eating.
Don’t eat much food for taste if it is unhealthy. You should have self-control in eating food. Then we will achieve healthy life. If we eat much food, the brain works slowly than normal. If you want to live happily, you should take a balanced diet. Eat less and live long is the best rule for eating.

need for food > food taken = excess quantity.

need for food < food taken = less quantity.
Equal means: need

People
who eat unconditionally should try to follow a balanced diet. People who eat
limited food should increase quantity for healthy life. A human should have a
stubborn mind to have a balanced diet daily. Many people have two stomachs, one
for eating food at home and the other for eating in a restaurant. Some people
eat normally, follow a balanced diet. But if they get a lot of food varieties
and as well tasty ones; for example, in a function, otherwise they may get
cost-free food, they eat unlimitedly. This is not good for healthy living.
HOW OFTEN DO WE
CONSUME FOOD?
Some people eat a little amount, but
they often eat many times. If they saw tasty food, they have false hunger. They
eat where they get food. Why don’t you think that the stomach is a dustbin?
Sometimes eating some food is not suitable, it does not get digested. It will
block like dust in the stomach and give many troubles.
Research on this topic has been going
on for many years. We should know about our body, hunger, digestion power and
the need for food. Then we will eat with that knowledge and live healthily and
happily.
Most of the people nowadays eat 4
times a day. Drinking coffee or tea in the morning is excluded in four times
eating. Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, evening snacks, night dinner. These
are the common food habits of most of the people in the world. This excess
eating will lead to many diseases.

than 3 times a day will cause stress to the body. This eating habit will not

and not functioning properly. To avoid this, we should follow fasting. In his
theory, eating 2 times a day is enough and healthy.
Mahatma Gandhi said that most of the
people eat 3 times a day. In the morning before going to work one time,
afternoon and night one time, eating is good for health. No need to eat more
than 3 times a day.
In the present situation, we should
agree with eating 3 times per day is good. In that eating solid foods for 2
times and consume liquid diet for one time a day is better habit.
We should follow a balanced
diet, 3 times eating per day and healthy food. This leads to healthy living.
