The Visuddha Chakra, which
corresponds to the thyroid gland, is positioned at the base of the throat. It's
linked to creativity, healthy expression, religion, and the ability to communicate
effectively.
The Vissudhdha chakra is represented
by a white-coloured circle like the full moon inside a pure blue circle.
Its beeja mantra is HAM
16 smoky purple colour petals which
contain the Sanskrit vowels in Red colour.
