1. ROOT OR BASE CHAKRA –
MOOLADARA
CHAKRA
The Mooladhara Chakra is located
between the anus and the genitals at the base of the spine. It emits a red
colour and is associated with the element earth.
The Mooladhara chakra is defined by
the emotions of existence, strength, goal and self-support. When this chakra
loses it’s balance, a person may get the feelings of instability, lack of
justification, lack of ambition, lack of purpose, fear, insecurity and
frustration. A person is looking stable, with confidence, balanced thinking, high
energy, and strong and independent in nature; his Mooladhara Chakra is in good
working condition.
