2. SACRAL CHAKRA -
SWADHISHTANA CHAKRA
Swadhishtana Chakra, the second one, is positioned four fingers below the
navel in the lower abdomen. It emits an orange colour and is associated with the
water element. Kidneys, lower abdomen, and sex organs are associated with
this chakra.
A white coloured
crescent moon in its centre represents the beeja mantra VAM. The six reddish-orange

The essential
requirements for sexuality, passions, creativity, and self-worth are the traits
of the Sacral Chakra. When a person's chakras are out of harmony, they may feel
irritated and emotional, lack energy and creativity, be manipulative, or be
obsessed with sexual ideas. A person may feel happy, vibrant, satisfied,
compassionate, and perceptive when the Swadhishtana Chakra is balanced.
The white crescent
moon in the chakra's core is made up of two rings with lotus petals on them.
The petals turn outward on the outer circle, symbolising the conscious
dimension. The petals facing inward within the inner circle reflect the
unconscious dimension and the storage of karma.
