Walking 30 to 60 minutes a day can improve one's health and protect against various diseases. It is best to walk in eight forms without doing normal walking.
Training and workout method
Draw eight on the floor, 6 feet wide and 8 to 12 feet long, as in the picture above. Draw it as the north-south face. Start with the “1” mark on the track and go up to “5 and come back to “ 1 ”as shown by the arrow in the picture
Do not walk too fast or too slow while walking, it should happen very naturally.
Walking for 15 - 30 minutes every morning and evening gives you an excellent feeling.
